    We visit your home, or look at photos if that's easier. We talk through what you have, your timeline, and how we'd sell it. We go over which rates apply to your things before you agree to anything.

  2. Pickup

    Us, from here on

    Our team handles the pickup and transport, from a single piece to a full house. Each item is catalogued as it leaves, so you know exactly what we took.

  3. Sold

    Us, while you get on with life

    We photograph every item and sell it the way that suits each item: consignment, auction, direct sale, or online marketplaces.

What it costs.

When an item sells, we keep a commission and the rest comes to you. That's the only thing we charge. There are no other fees.

The rate depends on what each item sells for. Specialty pieces have one rate at any price.

We take care of those too. We'll agree together at your consultation how they're handled.
Can the family keep some things?
Yes. You decide what goes. Anything you want to keep stays with you.
What does it cost?
The consultation is free. When an item sells we keep 25% to 40% depending on its price, or 35% for specialty items. There are no other fees. See the rate card.
When do I get paid?
30 days after each item sells. Your statement shows what sold and what you're owed.
How quickly can the house be cleared?
It depends on how much there is. We'll set a realistic timeline with you at your consultation.
